Konstantinos G. Baltzis
Konstantinos G. Baltzis, a graduate of St. John's University, received his law degree from New York Law School in 2000. While in law school he interned for both the Hon. Nicolas Tsoucalas of the United States Court of International Trade, and the Hon. William D. Friedmann, of the Appellate Division, Second Department (ret.). Prior to joining Finkelstein Newman, Mr. Baltzis worked as a real-property manager, assisting owners with such matters as real-property tax contests, evictions, nonpayment and holdover proceedings, and violation removals. Mr. Baltzis is experienced in the procedures of New York State and New York City administrative agencies, including the State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, the New York City Department of Buildings, and New York City Environmental Control Board. In addition to his immigration and transaction work, Mr. Baltzis is experienced in all phases of litigation, from drafting predicate notices and pleadings to the entry and enforcement of judgments.
