Barry Gottlieb
Barry Gottlieb is a graduate of Brown University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He has written extensively on real-estate issues, including for SideBar Press, Inc.'s monthly law journal, Landlord-Tenant Practice Reporter, and is a member of SCRIBES, The American Society of Writers on Legal Subjects. Mr. Gottlieb is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia as well as New York, and is also a member of the bar of the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He has wide-ranging legal experience, not only in the private practice of law, but also as an assistant special prosecutor in police-corruption cases, and as assistant counsel to the Chancellor of the New York City Board of Education. Mr. Gottlieb's pro bono activities include his service as an arbitrator for the Civil Court of the City of New York, and as a moot court judge at New York Law School.
