For over a decade, Glenn H. Spiegel has specialized in commercial and real estate litigation, and has appeared before various administrative agencies. He has successfully tried cases and argued appeals on behalf of his clients in federal, state, and local courts.
Glenn represents real estate developers, contractors, building owners, Fortune 500 corporations, nationally-traded companies, condominium and cooperative boards, and tenants’ associations. His practice includes representing client interests in a variety of complex matters, including disputes involving commercial and real estate contracts, residential and commercial landlord-tenant issues, business and partnership disputes, mortgage foreclosure and mechanic’s lien proceedings, shareholder disputes, employment contracts, and brokerage commission actions.
